1 Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and interpreted according to their natural English meaning. In the event that any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service offered by dl777. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. Players aged under 18 are prohibited from using dl777 under any circumstances.

2.2 Age Verification

dl777 verifies age at two stages: at the point of registration via date-of-birth declaration, and again before the first withdrawal via a full Know Your Customer (KYC) identity check. Accepted KYC documents include a valid national identification card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

2.3 Underage Accounts

If dl777 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the account holder is confirmed to be underage, the account will be closed permanently and any remaining balance will be returned via the original deposit method, minus any bonuses or promotional credits received.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active dl777 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. dl777 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dl777 will never request your password through any channel — any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the dl777 support team at support at dl777.app without delay and change your password immediately via the account settings.

3.4 Account Accuracy Updates

If any of your registered details change — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method — you are obligated to update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until the information is verified.

3.5 Two-Factor Authentication

dl777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time password (OTP) in addition to your regular credentials each time you log in from a new device or browser. 2FA can be enabled at any time via your account security settings.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.5 Currency

All transactions on dl777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka. dl777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required to process a payment via an international card or method is the responsibility of the payment provider and the player.

4.6 Player Funds

dl777 holds player funds in accounts that are maintained separately from the company's operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect player balances in the event of any operational disruption. However, dl777 does not guarantee the return of player funds in the event of insolvency, and players should consider this risk before depositing significant sums.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dl777 are subject to the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted).

5.3 Eligible Games and Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. 5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date or time window within which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered by the expiry date will be removed from the account along with any associated bonus-derived winnings. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions

dl777 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or excluded bet types to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms; or any other conduct that dl777 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute unfair exploitation of promotional offers.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on dl777 is governed by its own set of rules provided by the respective game studio or provider (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. dl777 accepts no liability for losses that result from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation

The integrity of this technology is verified by independent testing laboratories on a scheduled basis. 6.3 Malfunction Policy

In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and cannot be amended once confirmed. Results for settlement purposes are taken from the official governing body of the relevant sport or tournament.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dl777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and reporting of your activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Opening or operating more than one account on dl777, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent KYC verification stage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any other non-human method to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an advantage not intended by the game design. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion.
• Using the platform to launder money, fund illegal activity, or process payments on behalf of third parties.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by dl777

dl777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; confirmed underage play; or any conduct that dl777 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

8.2 Closure by Player Request

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the dl777 support team via live chat or by emailing support at dl777.app. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from dl777 for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. Permanent self-exclusion carries a minimum lock-out period of six months, during which no reinstatement requests will be considered. 8.4 Outstanding Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed by dl777 due to a breach of these Terms, dl777 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the balance includes funds obtained through prohibited conduct, those funds may be forfeited. Any legitimately deposited funds that were not used in the prohibited conduct will be returned to the player following the conclusion of the investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

dl777 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable. dl777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, provided that any real-money positions outstanding at the time of an unplanned outage are settled fairly upon restoration of service.

9.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. dl777 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. By using dl777, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risk of loss associated with gambling activities. dl777 strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

9.3 Third-Party Services

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dl777's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

dl777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dl777 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the dl777 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. dl777 recommends reviewing the Terms & Conditions at least once every 90 days, or whenever you receive a notification of change.
